Sakinah Khanum, the daughter of Akhund Mulla ‘Ali, bestows her share of paternal inheritance to her brother, Akhund Mulla Ahmad. This includes agricultural property, houses, and household furnishings. In return, she has received five ovis, three sheep, and two goats.

1- Ma‘sumah Khanum, Nanah Khanum, Husaynquli, Hasanquli, and Muhammad Riza, the children of Mulla ‘Abd al-Rahim, have transferred a part of a water passage from ‘Uryandibi [Ayrandibi] spring and a property to Mashhadi Mahmud, the son of Mulla Faraj, in exchange for 62 tumans (1919). Settlements related to Chahar Charik village
The first settlement, between ʻAli Aqa Khan Yavar and his two sons, Haydar Quli Khan and Jaʻfar Quli Khan, exchanges properties, some of which belong to the mother of ʻAli Aqa Khan Yavar, for six mans [each man equals three kilograms] of wheat and 12000 dinars. These properties include some farms and what ʻAli Aqa Khan Yavar owns from the mills, garden, pastures etc. in the village of Chahar Charik. Ghulam Husayn Khan Sardar Mujallal, son of Haj Sulayman Khan Bihjat al-Dawlah, has transferred his properties near Kirman and Bam to Mirza Husayn Khan Sardar Nusrat, son of Murtaza Quli Khan Vakil al-Mulk, in exchange for some crystal candy.
